Our mission is to create art as entertainment — powerful, visually stunning performances that excite new audiences while upholding the highest standards of artistic excellence.

This is not your typical ballet company. We fuse athleticism, emotion, and innovation to create unforgettable live events — and we need strategic, creative thinkers to help bring that vision to life.

We’re looking for individuals who:

• Love the performing arts and believe in their power to entertain and inspire
• Have experience in fundraising, marketing, production, finance, or community engagement
• Are excited to help grow a cutting-edge arts nonprofit from the ground up

Board members commit to:

• Attending quarterly meetings
• Supporting fundraising personally and through their networks
• Bringing energy, vision, and connections to a dynamic creative team
